- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My Toyota Rav started smoking and the oil light came on so I brought it here on my cross-country drive. I had two dogs and alot of stuff in the back. Town Hill Auto was very accommodating and helped find the cause of my cars malfunction while dealing with me and my dogs. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had them replace the engine in my car a year ago when I broke down halfway on a road trip, and I thought they did excellent work. I got my car back within a week and everything seemed fine. Fast forward to just under a year later (and only 3,000 miles put on the car since the engine replacement) and my car starts overheating. I take it to a local shop and they tell me that my car failed a compression test and I have a warped head gasket. I tell the local people I just had the engine replaced and it was still under warranty. I contact Town Hill Auto and get the warranty claim process started. I was under the impression that everything would be taken care of between the local shop and Town Hill Auto, but that could not have been further from the truth. I turned into the "middle man" between the local shop, Town Hill Auto, and the warranty company (LKQ Keystone). Eventually my calls and emails to both Town Hill Auto and LKQ went unturned. My warranty claim ended up being denied and Town Hill Auto has done nothing to make this situation right. The only reason I gave a two star rating is because of LKQ Keystone and how shady they were when I rarely got through to them. If I ever find myself stranded in Bedford, Pennsylvania again, I will be staying far away from Town Hill Auto.By Heather Deyton, February 16, 2017
